河北省部分地区40岁以上普通人群HCMV-pp65阳性率的调查分析

The analyses of the active infection of human cytomegalovirus in a part of territory of hebei province

目的了解河北省普通人群中人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)活动性感染的现状,进而探讨动脉粥样硬化的病毒病因学说。方法选取河北省9个地区(石家庄、保定、沧州、邢台、邯郸、廊坊、衡水、张家口、承德)的普通人群,年龄在40岁以上(包括40岁)共3153例,其中农村人群组2699例,城镇人群组454例,抽取外周血采用免疫组织化学方法进行人巨细胞病毒膜磷脂蛋白抗原65(HCMV-pp65)检测。结果河北省部分普通人群中HCMV-pp65阳性率为16.24%,其在性别间无差异,在年龄及城乡分布间有统计学差异,随年龄增长而增高,农村人群高于城镇人群;农村人群组及城镇人群组HCMV-pp65阳性率分别为16.86%、12.56%,其均在性别间无差异,随年龄增长而增高。结论河北省普通人群中存在人巨细胞病毒的激活感染,初步统计HCMV-pp65阳性率为16.24%,HCMV-pp65阳性率在性别间无差异,而存在年龄及城乡分布的差异。
