摘要
通过对橡胶油与SBS相容性试验、充油SBS光热稳定性、充油SBS物理机械性能等方面的考察,详细论述了橡胶油产品结构类型对SBS充油胶性能的影响。结果表明:SBS中填充入工业白油型环烷基橡胶油在满足环保要求的同时能够表现出最佳的物理机械性能。
The impact of the extender oil structure types on the properties of the oil-extended SBS was discussed detailedly through some evaluation tests such as the compatibility test of extender oil and SBS,the light and thermal stability of oil-extended SBS and the physics mechanical properties of oil-extended SBS,etc.The results indicated that the SBS extended industrial white oil type naphthenic extender oil has the best physics mechanical properties,and it can meet the demand of environmental protection.
