Beijing is going green-in a big way. Efforts to transform the Chi-nese capital's residential neighbor-hoods into green communities are flourishing. The campaign is being coordinated by the Beijing Environ-mental Protection Fund. People of all ages, from children to their grandparents, are doing what they can to improve the environment, and subsequently the quality of life for all residents.
