Invited by the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), a six-person delegation from Germany, led by Marieluise Beck, the Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, visited China January 5-10,2004.
