From November 16 to 24,2004, an 11 -member Chinese women's delegation, led by Gu Xiulian, Vice-Chairperson of the NPC Standing Committee and President of the All-China Women's Federation, paid a friendly visit to Mali and Bahrain respectively. It is the first delegation of the ACWF-president level that has been to the two countries.
2004年11月16日至24日,以全国人大常委会副委员长、全国妇联主席顾秀莲为团长的中国妇女代表团一行11人,分别对马里和巴林进行了友好访问。这是全国妇联主席首次率团出访这两个国家。
