On Qianmen Dashilan, a famous commercial street in Beijing, there is a store built in the Western Baroque architectural style. Every day, it attracts numerous people from all across China. It is the well-known Ruifuxiang Silk Store, one of China's oldest and most famous shops. The store was built in 1893 (the 19th year of Emperor Guangxu's reign, Qing Dynasty).
在北京前门大栅栏商业街上,有一座巴洛克建筑风格的商店, 每日门庭若市,车水马龙,吸引着八方来客。这就是名贯京城、驰名中外的中华老字号瑞蚨祥绸布店。北京瑞蚨祥绸布店始建于1893年(清光绪十九年),至今已有百余年的历史。
