摘要
本文介绍了使用低热固相反应制备无机纳米材料的方法,并对已有的研究成果进行分类。重点阐述了8种不同制备方法的特征,并对应各方法列举了若干实例。低热固相反应法在制备零维和一维无机纳米材料方面具有操作简便、成本低、污染小并可规模生产等优势。
Synthesis methods for inorganic nano-materials by solid state reaction at low-heating temperatures are reviewed, and are classified. The characteristics of eight different methods are emphasized,and some typical examples are illustrated. Solid state reaction at low-heating temperatures has many advantages in synthesizing zero or one dimension inorganic nano-materials, such as easy of operation, low cost, little pollution and being able to industrialization.
