民族宗教地区群体性事件具有敏感性、复杂性、国际性的基本特征,其成因有内外两方面的复杂因素,已成为影响民族宗教地区乃至整个国家社会政治稳定的重要因素,为维护社会政治稳定,必须采取有力措施积极应对民族宗教地区群体性事件,同时应通过大力发展民族宗教地区经济、深入贯彻落实民族宗教政策、建立完善民族宗教地区利益表达渠道等途径维护民族宗教地区的长治久安。

Group incidents in ethnic and religious areas have basic characteristics of sensibility,complexity and internationalism,with complex factors covering internal and external causes,which have become an important factor affecting social and political stability in ethnic and religious areas and even in the country.To maintain social and political stability,effective measures should be taken to cope with group incidents.At the same time,we should vigorously develop economic of ethnic and religious area,thoroughly apply ethnic and religious policies,establish and improve the channels for expressing the interests of ethnic and religious regional to maintain long period of order and stability in ethnic and religious areas.
