摘要
从永磁交流伺服系统矢量控制的原理出发,阐述了系统的构成与设计方法,研究了系统性能改善的具体措施,即着力提高系统电流环的动态跟踪响应性能,利用DSP强大的运算能力对速度调节方式加以改进,以避免比例积分调节器固有的缺陷,实验结果验证了分析的正确性。
This paper introduces the constitution and design of the permanent magnet synchronous servo system,based on the principle of vector control,and proposes the measures to improve the performance of the system.The dynamic tracking response of current loop is enhanced and the manner of speed regulation is ameliorated by means of the powerful operation ability of DSP,so that the inherency limitation of the PI regulator can be avoided,which is proved correct by the experiment.
