专业教学团队建设已成为高等职业教育"双师型"教师队伍建设的重要环节,也是高职院校实现可持续发展的重要举措。本文主要论述沙洲职业工学院机械设计与制造教学团队在创建江苏省高等学校优秀教学团队中的实践探索和取得的成果。

To make the specialized teaching team the 'compound' teacher team has become an important part in vocational colleges and an important measure to achieve sustainable development.This paper discusses the practice in exploration and the results achieved in forming the excellent teaching team of Jiangsu Province in vocational colleges for the teaching team of Mechanical Designing and Manufacturing,Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology.
