The teachers of the ideological and political theory courses are the important component of the college staff.Promoting teacher's internal qualities and combining with the beneficial external factors——the mutual effects of the two sides——can further strengthen the construction of the teaching team in the ideological and political theory courses,can fully play their roles as the main channel of educating college students' minds,can further impel the socialist system with Chinese characteristics to go into text books,into classes,into students' minds,to improve college students' qualities in idea and politics.
