氧化镧掺杂对非晶碳薄膜表面及界面能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用射频磁控溅射方法制备了氧化镧掺杂的非晶碳薄膜。利用拉曼光谱,接触角测试等方法,研究了氧化镧掺杂对非晶碳薄膜的微结构,表面能及界面能的影响。结果表明:氧化镧掺杂提高了非晶碳薄膜表面能及表面能的极性分量。同时我们分析了氧化镧对材料的血容性能的影响机制。 La2O3 doped amorphous carbon(a-C) films were deposited on silicon substrates using a Radio-Frequency magnetron sputtering.The effect of doped rare earth on the microstructure,surface free energy and interfacial energy of a-C films were studied using Raman spectra and contact angle test,respectively.Results show that rare earth addition increases the surface free energy and its polar component of the a-C films.The mechanism of haemocompatibility of a-C films doped rare earth is discussed.
