低碳经济下生态效率的困境与出路

The development of the low-carbon economy is the strategic choice of our Party and our country,which holds the opportunity of economic development and contributes to the transition of our social civilization.Eco-efficiency including both economic efficiency and environment efficiency embodies the value pursuit of low carbon economy.Eco-efficiency has both the tool value and the moral value in the development of low carbon economy.The eco-efficiency not only affects the energy efficiency,the environment efficiency,the capital efficiency and the labor productivity,but also decides economic development's final success or failure,with its realization being the humanity's long-term benefits.To realize the eco-efficiency is facing the deviation of the ideological recognition,the difficulties in the public participation and the innovation of technology,and the lack of the supply of the legal system under the current low carbon economy in China.It is of great significance for realizing the eco-efficiency to renew ideas,promote public participation,innovate low-carbon technology and perfect legal system.
