摘要
产业结构调整不能过度依靠政府对某一产业或企业的政策性投入,微观基础的效率在很大程度上决定了产业结构调整的成效。文章探究了产业组织的微观基础及其影响产业结构调整的作用机理。研究表明,介于市场关系和层级关系之间的企业网络是产业组织的重要特征,企业网络有助于实现产业的技术创新和区域资源整合,推动产业结构不断优化。从政策制定者的角度出发,推动产业结构调整应积极采取措施扶植企业网络,同时还必须注重培育企业异质性能力。
Industrial restructuring cannot rely on some industries or enterprises' policy mechanism of financial input merely.The effect of industrial restructuring depends on the efficiency of microscopic foundation.The paper investigates the microscopic foundation of industry and analyzes the mechanism by which the microscopic foundation affects industrial restructuring.Enterprises network intermediate between market relationship and hierarchy is the main characteristic of industrial organization.Enterprises network contributes to industrial technical innovation and regional resource integration.All these will help to optimize China's industrial structure further.From policy maker's perspective,it is necessary to take measures to impel the formation of enterprises network and cultivate heterogeneous capacity.
