大学院艺术教育体制的确立

On Establishment of the Art Education System of the Ministry of Education and Research

上海音乐学院的前身——国立音乐院,中国美术学院的前身——国立艺术院,是蔡元培任民国大学院院长时,所倡导建立起来的两所国立艺术大学。蔡氏把推广美育和设立国立艺术大学视为国家的一项重要教育事业,并为此设立了国家性质上的现代艺术教育体制。而大学院艺术教育委员会是其体制的核心。本文旨在考察蔡氏是如何确立起大学院艺术教育体制的。

The National Academy of Music,the predecessor of Shanghai Conservatory of Music,and the National Academy of Art,the predecessor of China Academy of Art,are two national universities of art founded with the support of Cai Yuanpei when he was the dean of the Ministry of Education and Research.He considered the popularization of aesthetic education and the establishment of national art university as an important educational cause and established modern art education system.The Committee of Art Education of the Ministry of Education and Research is the center of the system.The paper makes a textual research on the establishment of the Art Education System of the Ministry of Education and Research by Cai Yuanpei.
