摘要 中国古代"和"思想在哲学思想和文化传统上有着独特的理论价值和现实价值,在构建社会主义和谐社会中被广泛借鉴和运用,并融于社会主义核心价值体系中。发展艺术高职教育应重视和研究和谐师生关系的构建。本文将古代"和"思想和方法引入艺术高职院校师生关系的研究中,结合艺术高职院校师生特点,发挥"和"思想在调节师生关系、维系校园稳定、促进学校进步、推动学校发展中的作用,构建和谐师生关系,实现艺术高职教育从量的扩张到内涵的提升,提高办学质量,培养德艺双馨的高素质高技能应用型合格人才。 Ancient Chinese thought of 'harmony' has a unique theoretical and practical value in philosophy and cultural tradition.It is widely applied in building a socialist harmonious society,and is included in the socialist core value system.The development of vocational art education should pay attention to the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship.The paper introduces the ancient thought,idea and methods of 'harmony' into the research on the relationship between teachers and students in vocational art colleges.Combining the features of teachers and students in vocational art colleges,the thought of 'harmony' can play a role in improving teacher-student relationship,maintaining the stability of the campus and promoting the improvement and development of the college,build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,enhance the content of vocational art education,improve teaching quality and cultivate qualified talents.
