摘要
从栗叶中分离纯化得到多糖并研究其体外抗氧化活性。从栗叶中提取得到栗叶粗多糖CLP。CLP经DE-52纤维素柱分离纯化后,于蒸馏水洗脱液中得到一个纯化多糖组分CLP1。采用体外试验研究了CLP与CLP1对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、过氧化氢的清除能力及还原能力。结果表明,CLP与CLP1均具有一定的清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、过氧化氢的能力及还原能力,而且与多糖的浓度成正相关性。其中,CLP对过氧化氢的清除作用效果与VC相当。说明CLP与CLP1可以开发用作天然抗氧化剂。
The polysaccharides were isolated and purified from the leaves of Castanea mollissima Bl.and their antioxidant activities were studied in vitro.Crude polysaccharides(CLP) was isolated from the leaves of Castanea mollissima Bl.CLP was purified by applying a cellulose DE-52 column,and the polysaccharides obtained from the eluent with water were termed as CLP1.The antioxidant activities of CLP and CLP1,such as scavenging ability to hydroxyl radicals,superoxide radicals and hydrogen peroxide,and reducing power were investigated in vitro.The result showed that CLP and CLP1 possessed moderate scavenging activities to hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals and hydrogen peroxide,and moderate reducing power in a concentration-dependent manner.In addition,the scavenging capacity of CLP on hydrogen peroxide corresponded with that of ascorbic acid.The study suggested that CLP and CLP1 could potentially be explored as natural antioxidants.
