复合菌剂在发酵床养猪上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 该研究将复合菌剂应用于发酵床养猪,拟建造出成本低、收益高,消耗低、排放少,可持续发展的生态农业养殖技术.试验选用同批次断奶猪30头,以传统猪舍为对照,研究了应用复合菌剂发酵床养猪模式对猪舍卫生环境和猪生长环境的影响.结果显示,90d后,复合菌剂发酵床相对于传统猪舍氨含量和硫化物含量分别降低了61.51%(P<0.01)和22.72%(P<0.01),气流显著提高(P<0.05);复合菌剂发酵床养猪相对于传统养猪可促进猪更快生长,日增重提高6.21%(P<0.05),料重比降低10.75%(P<0.05).表明复合菌剂可显著改善传统猪舍内的卫生环境,有利于科学生态养猪产业的建设与发展. Microbe consortium was applied in the ecological fermentation bed to raise pigs,planning to build sustainable development of ecologycal agriculture which was low cost and consumption,high income,less discharge and high income.30piglets were assigned to two groups randomly and raised for 90 days.Compared with conventional raising model,the content of ammonia and sulfide in pig housing on microbe consortium ecological fermentation bed decreased 61.51%(P<0.01)and 22.72%(P<0.01)separately,aerial current increased significantly;the daily weight gain of pig raised on microbe consortium ecological fermentation bed increased 6.21%(P<0.05),feed conversion ratio decreased 10.75%(P<0.05).The results indicated that microbe consortium improved the environmental sanitation of pig housing,prompted ecological fermentation bed to raise pigs construct and develop.
