通过实验就TTC在食品菌落总数测定中的应用进行初步探讨,通过向含有不同浓度TTC的液体培养基中添加等量的菌悬液,同时用含不同浓度TTC的滤纸片做抑菌环实验,培养后观测结果。确定TTC最适的浓度,从食品的菌落测定结果看,菌落呈红色,计数方便。

The article preliminary researches into the TTC application of the determination of the food aerobic plate count by experiment.One of experiments cultivates bacterial suspension with equal amount of the different concentration of TTC and observe,another is about the zones of inhibition.Make sure the TTC optimum concentration,according to the food aerobic plate count,the aerobic plates are red that is convenient to count.
