唐五代佛典音义音系中的牙音声母

"Ya(牙)"Initials in the Sound and Meaning Systems of the Buddhist Scriptures Compiled in the Tang and Five Dynasties Period

从玄应音系、慧苑音系、慧琳音系、可洪音系到希麟音系,汉语牙音声母有相同的对音行为,它们都对译梵语k组辅音,其音值分别是见[k]、溪[kh]、群[g]、疑[(?)],其中浊音声母还带有同部位的鼻音音色。

From the sound systems of Xuan Ying's(玄应),Hui Yuan's(慧苑),Hui Lin's(慧琳),and Ke Hong's(可洪) to that of Xi Lin's(希麟),the'ya(牙)'initials in Chinesewere transcribed in the same way,and they were translated into k-group consonants inSanskrit;the sound value of'jian(见)'initial was[k],'xi(溪)'initial was[kh],'qun(群)'initial was[g]and'yi(疑)'initial was[(?)].The fully voiced initials in the fivesystems were nasalized.
