赤芍二基原药材的抗炎、镇痛作用比较研究

Comparative study on the anti-inflammatory and abirritation effects of Radix Paeoniae Rubra from Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.

目的:比较"北赤芍"与"川赤芍"抗炎、镇痛作用的等同性和差异性。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及醋酸致小鼠扭体反应实验,比较"北赤芍"与"川赤芍"水煎液在抗炎、镇痛作用上的等同性和差异性。结果:二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症实验结果表明,"北赤芍"与"川赤芍"均具有抗炎作用,且二者无明显差异;小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验结果表明,"北赤芍"对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有显著抑制作用,"川赤芍"作用不明显;醋酸致小鼠扭体反应实验结果表明,二者均表现出镇痛作用,且"川赤芍"效果为优,但差异不明显。结论:"北赤芍"与"川赤芍"均具有抗炎、镇痛作用,但二者的作用既有共性,又存在个性。

Objective:To compare the equality and difference of anti-inflammatory and abirritation effects of Radix Paeoniae Rubra originated from Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.Method:Mouse auricular intumesce model induced by dimethylbenzene,abdominal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and acetic acid writhing were used to compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Radix Paeoniae Rubra's water extractions from different species.Result:Anti-inflammatory effects were found both in Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.through the auricular intumesce experiment,and no obvious difference was found between them.Paeonia lactiflora Pall.had better effect of anti-inflammatory in the abdominal capillary permeability experiment,while Paeonia veitchii Lynch.had no apparent effect.Both Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.had abirritation effect in the acetic acid writhing experiment.Although Paeonia veitchii Lynch.had better effect,there was no apparent difference between them.Conclusion:Both Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,but similarity and individuality exist between them.
