摘要
主动靶向制剂因其靶向性较强、毒副作用小,越来越受到医药界的重视。本文通过文献检索,对主动靶向给药系统的研究进行了综述,总结主动靶向制剂的作用机制及分类。目前的研究主要集中于化药,但也有部分中药单体如去甲斑蝥素等进行这方面的尝试。
Active targeting drug delivery system is paid more and more attention for its good targeting distribution and low toxicity.Referencing to a great deal of literature,this paper summarizes the classification and the mechanism of targeting.And the current study mainly focuses on chemical drugs,but some kind of Chinese medicines monomer such as norcantharidin is also studied.
