摘要
本文从设立信托业风险缓冲基金、构建信托产品流通市场、增强信托公司与各金融机构的合作、尝试信托保险制度、加强信托产品的功能和制度创新与提高信托产品的技术含量、强化风险缓冲、预警、控制与管理制度体系建设以及搞好信托业风险管理文化塑造等方面,研究探讨了风险缓冲机制在信托业的实现形式。
The paper discussed the issue of constructing risk buffer mechanism in trust industry from the following aspects:establishing fund of risk buffer,developing trust product market,strengthen corporation among trust companies,developing trust insurance,encouraging institutional innovation,cultivating the culture of risk management,and etc.
