摘要 为了使酚醛树脂在浅净装饰场合得到应用,以催化剂种类、反应阶段的温度以及双氧水为因素,对影响酚醛树脂的颜色进行研究。结果表明:催化剂种类能显著影响酚醛树脂的颜色,其中以Ba(OH)2·8H2O为催化剂所制树脂的颜色较浅;在达到相同粘度的条件下,反应阶段的温度越高,树脂的颜色越浅;用双氧水处理,酚醛树脂的颜色明显变浅,并且对胶合强度影响不大。 In order to apply phenolic formaldehyde (PF) resins in light-decorated place,a study on the effect of the species of catalysts and the dosage of hydrogen peroxide used in the synthesis of PF resins and the reaction temperature on color of the Obtained PF resins was conducted.Results showed that the species of the catalyst would remarkably affect the color of PF resins;using Ba(OH)_2·8H_2O as the catalyst,a lightest color PF resin could be prepared;for getting the same viscosity of PF resins,in high temperature reaction stage,the higher of the reaction temperature,the lighter color of the PF resin;using hydrogen peroxide treating PF resins could get light-colored resins and little affect the strength of the resins.
