本文根据内蒙古自治区实际情况就内蒙古自治区排球一级裁判员的基本情况进行了调查,为今后内蒙古自治区排球裁判的培养和提高提出建议与参考,为内蒙古排球运动的发展起到积极的促进作用。

Based on the actual situation on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper has investigated referees' basic information.It has also put forward some suggestions and reference for training and improving of the volleyball referees of the Inner Mongolia.And it still actively promotes the development of the volleyball in the Inner Mongolia.
