Research on quality standards of Cacumen Dichroae Febrifugae

目的:开展蜀漆药材质量标准的研究,确保用药的安全有效。方法:采用中国药典附录的方法对蜀漆药材的性状、显微、鉴别、浸出物含量及杂质限度进行研究。结果:确定了蜀漆药材性状、显微特征;建立了薄层色谱法鉴别的方法;根据测定结果拟定蜀漆药材浸出物不得少于7.0%、水分不得过12.0%、总灰分不得过13.0%、酸不溶性灰分不得过1.0%。结论:完善了蜀漆药材质量控制方法并建立该药材质量标准。

Ob ject ive: To study the quality standards ofCacumen Dichroae Febrifugae, and to ensure the sa fe and effective app lication. M ethod: The characteristics, microscop ic iden tification, extract content and impuri ty lim it ofCacumen Dichroae Febrifugae were invest igated by the methods recorded in Ch ina pharmacopoeia. R e su lt: The characteristics and microscop ic ident ification of Cacumen Dichroae Febrifugae were ascertained. The thin layer chromatography(TLC)method was estab lished. The resu lts indicated that moisture contentwas nomore than 12. 0% , and the total ash was nomore than 13. 0% , acid- insolub le ash was nomore than 1. 0% and the extracts was no less than 7. 0%. Conc lu sion: The results of the study improve the qua lity controlmethod and es tab lish the quality standards.
