中药质量评价技术的国内外研究现状及分析

Current status of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)quality evaluation methods at home and abroad

目的:分析中药质量评价研究现状,探讨中药质量评价的方法发展趋势。方法:查阅近年有关中药质量评价相关文献,通过分析、归纳与综合进行评述。结果:目前中药质量控制主流仍然是以化学成分为中心的质量控制,但由于其在中药质量控制中所显示出的局限性,多种替代方法应运而生,并均表现出一定的优势。结论:对具多成分特点的中药,从生物活性特征出发建立适合中药质量控制的新方法不仅必要,而且完全可行。

Objective:To analyze the current status and discuss the development trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)quality evaluation methods.Method:Related Literatures were researched in recent years and reviewed by analysis,induction and synthesis.Result:The mainstream of TCM quality control based on chemical constituent at present.Because of its limitation,other superior substitute methods had appeared.Conclusion:Because of the complicated composition of TCM,it is necessary and feasible to establish some new methods which are suitable for TCM quality control based on biological activity characters.These methods will have broad prospects.
