随着我国高校毕业生就业制度的改革和深入,通过人才市场"双向选择,自主择业"己成为高校毕业生就业的主要方式。应对大学生就业指导的现状进行分析,有针对性开展就业指导工作,对大学生进行科学、有效的就业指导。

With the reform of the system of the employment of undergraduate students,which is the main way to talent market through 'two-way choice,self-dependent career choice'.This paper analyzes undergraduate students' employment guidance is analyzed,and how to develop the university employment,to undergraduate students employment guidance of scientific,effective,and puts forward counter measures to solve.
