摘要
金融危机后,劳动争议案件日益增多,而劳动关系专业人才却大量缺乏。国内很多高校都开始筹备设置劳动关系专业。西部欠发达地区与其他地区相比,由于存在着地域、民族、文化上的差异,劳动关系问题更加复杂,急需培养适合自身特点的专业人才。为了适应中国社会转型和西部欠发达地区经济发展需要,提高该地区劳动关系管理水平,建设和谐的劳动关系,本文就西部欠发达地区设置劳动关系专业的必要性和人才培养模式方面提出自己的建议。
After financial crisis,the cases of labor disputes are increasing and the talents of labor relation specialty are in shortage.Now many domestic universities are preparing to set up this specialty.Compared to other areas,the problem of labor relation in western underdeveloped areas is more complicated due to the regional,ethnic and cultural differences.There is an urgent need for this kind of specialized talents.To adapt to China's social transition and the need for economic development in western underdeveloped area,it is necessary to improve the management standard of labor relation of this area and to construct harmonious labor relation.This paper puts forward suggestions on the necessity and talents training mode of setting-up labor relation specialty in western underdeveloped areas.
