On the Construction of Skills Module Curriculum System of Labor and Social Security Specialty

劳动与社会保障专业在我国已经历了十多年的发展,但是很多院校课程设置仍存在一些问题,导致人才培养与社会需求脱节,学生就业困难。应从理论和实际应用能力两方面着手组织教学,发挥技能模块在该专业人才培养中的作用,提高人才培养质量,使之更好的适应经济社会发展的需要。

After more than ten-year development,there still exist some problems in curriculum set-up of labor and social security specialty in many colleges and universities,which has resulted in the disjointed situation of talents training and social demand.Students' employment is rather difficult.Therefore,we should organize teaching from the aspects of theory and practical applied ability,play the role of skill module in talents training of this specialty and improve talents training quality so as to enable it to suit to the need for economic and social development.
