摘要
在严重就业压力下,为了适应21世纪对烹饪人才的要求,培养出具有较强实践动手能力的烹饪专业人才,是设有烹饪专业高等院校关注的热点问题。本文从内蒙古财经学院烹饪专业多年的办学经验总结入手;对培养具有高技能人才的烹饪专业实践教学进行了探讨。
Under severe employment pressure,in order to adapt to the demand for cooking talents in the 21st century,cultivating specialized cooking talents with strong practical ability has become a hot point of higher vocational cooking specialty.From a summary of long-term schooling experiences of cooking specialty of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics,this paper probes into the practical teaching of cooking specialty.
