基于矢量控制变频调速系统的动态性能分析

摘要 针对无速度传感器矢量控制模式下变频调速系统,进行动态性能分析,剖析当负载变化时比例、积分增益和带宽BW对调速系统的恢复时间和动态速降的影响,通过对各项实测数据的对比分析,总结出了相应的控制规律,为探讨变频调速的动态特性优化方法提供依据. Makes the dynamic performance analysis of the varying frequency speed regulation system in the mode of the speed sensor-less vector control.Discusses the influence on the recovery time and dynamic speed drop of the speed regulation system by the proportional gain,integral gain and band width.By the analysis of the metrical data,generalizes the corresponding control rule and provides methods for the dynamic performance optimization of the varying frequency speed regulation.
