吕梁市社会体育指导员职业素质的研究

Social Sports Instructors' Professional Quality in Lvliang City

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,总结出社会体育指导员职业素质构成要素.对吕梁市的社会体育指导员职业素质构成要素进行分析,并对其自身职业素质的认识与锻炼者对社会体育指导员职业素质期望进行比较研究,初步得出吕梁市社会体育指导员与锻炼者在道德素质、职业精神、职业形象等职业素质的认识上差异性显著,并提出可行性建议,为吕梁市社会体育指导员职业素质的提高和我国社会体育指导员职业标准制度的深入实施提供参考依据.

The components of social sports instructors' professional quality are concluded through documents,interviews,questionaires and mathematical statistics.The study shows that instructors and exercisers in Lvliang City have distinctive cognition of moral quality,professional spirit and image,based on the analysis of these components and comparison between instructors' cognition and exercisers' expectation of instructors' professional quality.Some good suggestions will be given for improving instructors professiona quality and further implementing the professional standard system of national social sports instructors.
