摘要
在当代工程项目管理中,沟通与协调是进行各方面管理的纽带,我们通过西气东输二线管道工程的设计管理过程的实践,对工程项目设计管理中沟通、协调的特点及现状进行了深入研究,提出了工程项目管理中设计管理加强沟通与协调的可行性措施。
In the contemporary project management,communication and coordination are the link of all aspects management.Through the practice of design management of the Second West-East pipeline project,we study the the characteristics and status of communication and coordination in design project management and put forward feasible measure of improvement.
