摘要
[目的]探讨运用中药治疗神经性耳鸣,观察其临床疗效。[方法]对110例神经性耳鸣患者,根据中医理论辩证分为六型治疗:外邪侵袭,治以清热疏风,宣肺通窍;肝火上炎,治以清泄肝胆,开郁通窍;痰火郁结,治以清热化痰,开郁通窍;气滞血瘀,治以活血化瘀,通络开窍;肾元亏损,治以补肾填精,充养耳窍;气血亏损,治以益气养血,通利耳窍。[结果]经治疗1周～3个月,显效43例,有效52例,无效15例。[结论]中药治疗神经性耳鸣有较好效果。
[Objective]To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on nervous tinnitus.[Methods]To observe the clinical curative effect on 110 cases of patients with nervous tinnitus who received symptomatic treatment of 6 syndrome differentiation types: exogenous pathogenic invasion,liver-fire ascending,phlegm-fire silting,qi stagnation and blood stasis,enthrone loss,and qi-blood loss.[Results] The total effective rate is 86%,with 43 evidently effective cases,52 effective cases and 15 ineffective cases.[Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine therapy is effective on the symptomatic treatment of syndrome differentiation of nervous tinnitus.
