腹部推拿配合关元穴齐刺法治疗慢性盆腔痛的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Triple-Needling on RN4 in Treating Chronic Pelvic Pain Patients

[目的]观察腹部推拿配合关元穴齐刺法治疗妇科慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效。[方法]65例慢性盆腔痛患者随机分成两组,其中治疗组33例,与对照组32例。治疗组予以腹部推拿配合关元穴齐刺法治疗20天,对照组予拜阿司匹灵肠溶片治疗2周,观察两组治疗前后疼痛指数及临床疗效。[结果]两组在治疗前后,疼痛都有显著性缓解(P<0.01),与对照组相比,随访1月,治疗组疼痛明显减轻,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。临床疗效评定,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]腹部推拿配合关元穴齐刺法能较好地改善慢性盆腔痛患者的疼痛程度,明显提高临床疗效。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of triple-needling on RN4 in treating chronic pelvic pain patients.[Methods]65 cases of CPP were randomly divided into two groups.Among them 33 cases had been treated with triple-needling on RN4 for 20 days.The other 32 cases had been treated with aspirin served as a control group.The NRS index and curative effect of both groups before and after treatment were observed.[Results]After treatment the score of NRS index both groups had significant degrade(P<0.01),follow up the patients for a month,the score of treated group had significant degrade compared to the control group(P<0.05).And the clinical symptoms of treated group weve obviously improved compared to the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Triple-needling on RN4 can well improve the pelvic pain,and obviously enhance the curative effect.
