提高中医护理技术教学质量的对策研究

Study on Improving the Teaching Quality in Nursing Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医护理技术教学中存在项目多、课时少,缺乏教学音像资料,实践教学只注重操作规范、忽视能力培养等问题,通过细选精讲,编制视听教材,采用多媒体和传统教学手段相结合,变革实验教学模式,强化后期临床实践等措施,提高了中医护理技术的教学质量。

This paper analyzes some problems existed in the teaching course of nursing techniques of TCM,such as the many items and limited class hours,the lack of audio and image documents for teaching,the focus on the standardization of the operations in the practical teaching.And puts forward that the teaching quality in nursing techniques of TCM has been improved by selecting and teaching carefully,compiling audio-visual teaching material,combining multimedia teaching with the methods of traditional teaching,reforming the experimental teaching pattern,enforcing clinical practice,etc.
