半胱氨酰白三烯受体激动剂和拮抗剂对大鼠胶质瘤C6细胞分化的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨半胱氨酰白三烯受体在大鼠胶质瘤C6细胞的分化中的作用。方法:以激动剂LTD4、CysLT1受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特以及分化诱导剂forskolin处理C6细胞,观察细胞形态及GFAP蛋白表达变化。结果:Forskolin(10μmol/L)可诱导C6细胞形态变化及GFAP蛋白表达(细胞分化),而LTD4(0.1~100 nmol/L)不能诱导这些变化;单用孟鲁斯特(1μmol/L)无明显作用,但与LTD4(100 nmol/L)合用可诱导C6细胞分化。结论:CysLT2受体可能参与调节大鼠胶质瘤C6细胞的分化。 Objective:To investigate the role of cysteinyl leukotriene(CysLT) receptors in the differentiation of rat glioma C6 cells. Methods:Rat glioma C6 cells were treated with the agonist LTD4,the CysLT1 receptor antagonist montelukast and the differentiation inducer forskolin.Cell morphology and GFAP protein expression were determined after treatments. Results:Forskolin(10 μmol/L) induced morphological changes and GFAP protein expression(cell differentiation) in C6 cells,but LTD4(0.1-100 nmol/L) did not induce these changes.Montelukast(1 μmol/L) alone did not affect C6 cell differentiation,while it induced the differentiation when combined with the LTD4(100 nmol/L). Conclusion:The CysLT2 receptor may modulate the differentiation of rat glioma C6 cells.
