葡萄胎组织中印迹基因H19 mRNA表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨葡萄胎(HM)组织中印迹基因H19 mRNA表达情况,了解其与HM的关系。方法:实时荧光定量PCR检测36例完全性葡萄胎、25例部分性葡萄胎、21例早孕绒毛组织中H19 mRNA表达。结果:完全性葡萄胎和部分性葡萄胎组织中H19 mRNA表达水平[(0.16±0.14)和(0.19±0.18)]均明显低于早孕绒毛中H19 mRNA表达水平(1.28±1.95)(P=0.017,P=0.021)。结论:印迹基因H19与葡萄胎发生具有一定的相关性。 Objective To explore the expression of imprinted gene H19 in hydatidiform mole(HM) tissue and its possible role in pathogenesis of HM.Methods The H19 mRNA expression in fresh tissues from 36 cases of complete HM,25 cases of partial HM and 21 cases chorion of early gestation were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results The H19 mRNA expression level in complete and partial HM were(0.16±0.14)and(0.19±0.18),which were both significantly lower than that of chorion of early gestation(1.28±1.95)(P=0.017,P=0.021),respectively.Conclusion The imprinted gene H19 may play an improtant role in pathogenesis of hydatidiform mole.
