深圳市女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及药物敏感性分析

Analysis of Infection and Antibiotic Susceptibility of Mycoplasma in Genitourinary Tract in Female of Shenzhen Area

目的:了解深圳市女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及支原体株对现有药物敏感性。方法:选取2009年1月-12月我市妇科门诊的泌尿生殖道感染患者及女性健康体检者,采集生殖道分泌物标本,进行解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的培养鉴定,对检出的支原体株进行药物敏感性检测。结果:支原体总感染率健康体检者为47.0%(169/320),泌尿生殖道感染患者为70.5%(125/176)。Uu、Mh及混合型感染率健康体检者分别为43.4%、0.6%和3.0%,泌尿生殖道感染患者分别为39.8%、0.6%和30.1%。Uu对强力霉素、美满霉素及交沙霉素敏感率较高,对氧氟沙星及左氧氟沙星耐药率较高。结论:支原体混合感染耐药性呈上升趋势。四环素类药物可以作为治疗解脲支原体感染的一线药物,尤其是强力霉素和美满霉素。

Ob je c tive To investigate the infections and antib iotic susceptib ility ofmycop lasma in genitourinary tract in fema le of Shenzhen area. Me thod s Ureap lasma urea lyticum(Uu) andmycoplasma hom in is(Mh) were isolated and cu ltured from the secre tion samples of 176 pa tients w ith genitourinary tract infection as well as 362 hea lthy exam ination female. And the antib iotic susceptib ility were dete rmined in the cu ltured stra ins. Re su lts The tota l positive rates ofmycoplasma infection in healthy exam ination female and in patients w ith gen itour inary tract infection were 47. 0% ( 169 /320) and 70. 5% ( 125 / 176) , respective ly. The rates of single Uu, Mh and mixed infec tion in hea lthy examina tion fema le were 43. 4% , 0. 6%, 3 0%, wh ile in patients were 39. 8%, 0. 6%, 30. 1%, respective ly. The antib iotic susceptibility results demonstrated that Uu were sens itive to vibramycin, m inocycline and josamyc in, but highly res istance to ofloxacin and levofloxac in. Conc lus ion Them ixed infection ofUu andMh, drug resistance we re showed an increasing trend. The tetracyclines espec ially vibramyc in and minocyc line shou ld be firstly considered for clin ica l treatment ofUu in fec tion in Shenzhen area.
