早期干预对早产儿智力及运动发育的影响

The Effects of Early Intervention on Mental and Motor Development of Premature Infant

目的:探讨早期干预对早产儿体格、智能及运动发育的影响。方法:对111例早产儿行早期干预后进行体格发育、神经系统检查、Vojta姿势反射测定、发育商测定。另选72例早产儿作为对照组。结果:6、12、18月龄时,干预组智力发育指数(MDI)较对照组分别高4.5分、6.3分和7.4分(P均<0.05);运动发育指数(PDI)分别高8.3分、9.3分和11.3分(P均<0.05)。随月龄增加,两组ZKS例数均逐渐下降;两组ZKS发生率比较,3月时无显著性差异(P>0.05),6月、12月有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论:早期干预可促进早产儿智力和运动发育,提高其近期生存质量。

Objective To explore the effects of early intervention on the development of physique,intelligence and motor in premature infants.Methods The development of physique,nervous system examination,Vojta postural reflex test,development quotient were performed in 111 premature infants undergoing early intervention.Another 72 premature infants were selected as control group.Results At 6,12,18 months old,the mental development index(MDI) in treated group significantly exceeded control group for 4.5,6.3 and 7.4 scores,the PDI exceeded 8.3,9.3,11.3 scores,respectively(P<0.05).The incidences of ZKS were decreased with the age,had no significant difference at 3 months old,but had significant difference at 6 months and 12 months old between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early intervention could promote the development of mental and motor,improve the survival life quality in the near future.
