健身俱乐部运营现状调查与对策——以商丘市为例

Studies on the Current Situation of Health Club in Shangqiu

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法和访谈法对商丘市健身场馆基本情况、、健身教练的技能、理论水平、不同年龄阶段的会员的消费动机及满意程度等各个方面进行了调查和访谈.结果显示:健身俱乐部项目比较单一,管理制度不完善,没有专职的医务人员,教练员理论知识及技能水平不能满足专业的需要,需要进一步提高.

This paper questionnaires fitness gym Shangqiu City stadium project as well as basic management skills and fitness coach theoretical level,members of different ages of consumer motivation and satisfaction in all aspects of the investigation,management interviewed.There is also a literature using mathematical statistics method to analyze Shangqiu health club survey,reflecting the health club Shangqiu the current situation: fitness program over a single,perfect management and no full-time volunteers,coaches theoretical knowledge and skill levels can not meet the professional needs.
