摘要
创建品牌职业足球俱乐部是一项包括知识、文化、科技、形象、广告、公关、服务等多种要素融为一体的复杂、综合的经济系统工程,所有这些活动需要程序化和系统化的运作.通过科学化管理,达到资源优化配置,从而提高品牌资源的目的.完善职业足球俱乐部的管理,一是要对职业足球俱乐部有一个清晰、深入的认识;二是要建立与品牌俱乐部运营相匹配的内部组织结构与现代化的管理运营机制,使品牌创建及优化工作能在组织管理上得到全方位的保障.
Creating the brand of professional football club is an integrated and complex economic systematic engineering,including many elementssuch as knowledge,culture,science and technology,image,advertising,public relations,the service and so on.All of these activities need programmedand systematic operation.Through scientific management,we can achieve optimal allocation of resources,and then improve brand resources.In order toimprove the management of professional football clubs,firstly we must have a clear and thorough of it,secondly establish internal organization structureand modern management mechanism which matched with the operation of the professional football clubs,making the brand building and optimizing ofclubs can get all-round security in organization and management.
