Brief Comments on Duke Yin of Lu

鲁隐公是第一位列入《春秋》的君主,历史上对其有褒有贬,然而纵观其一生,无论是从为政还是为人,鲁隐公都算是一个比较有作为的君主。

Duke Yin is the first listed monarch of Lu in The Spring and Autumn Annals.There were different appraisements about him in the history. But through his life we can see that he was an accomplished monarch not only on the proper governance of a state but also on the rules of conduct.
