基于应用型人才培养的新教学模式探微——以汉语言文学专业为例

Talent Training Based on the Application of the New Modes of Teaching——Take Chinese language and Literature as the Example

面对当今普遍存在的大学生就业难问题,笔者拟根据实际教学经验,针对汉语言文学专业人才培养模式中存在的主要问题,以就业市场为切入点,把课堂教学和课外活动相结合,把文化素养的培养和能力的提高相连接,从提高学生的综合素质入手,大力培养应用型人才,以满足毕业生的充分就业。

Facing the widespread employment problem of the university students,the author plans to according to the actual teaching experience,raises the subjecl matter which in view of the Chinese language and literature in the training mode,takes the employment market as a breakthrough point,unifies the classroom insfmction and the extracurricular activity,connects the cultural accomplishment's raise and ability enhancement,improves student's overall quality,applies great efforts to train personnel to meet the full employment of graduates.
