藏药“俄色”的资源调查及生药学研究

Resource survey and pharmacognosy research on Zang medicine"ESe"

目的:对甘孜藏族自治州藏族民间习用药材"俄色"进行系统的资源调查和生药学研究。方法:野外资源普查结合文献标本考查,采用原植物鉴定、药材性状鉴定及显微鉴定的方法。结果:摸清了藏药"俄色"在甘孜藏族自治州的资源分布情况,明确了其基源为变叶海棠M.toringoides(Rehd.)Hughes.、花叶海棠M.tiansitoria(Batal.)Schneid.,首次详细描述了藏药"俄色"的原植物形态特征、根茎横切面组织构造和药材粉末特征。结论:所得结果可以为藏药"俄色"的鉴定及资源开发利用提供依据。

Objective:To carry out a systematic resource exploration and pharmacognostical study on Zang medicine'ESe'in Ganzi Zang Autonomous Prefecture.Method:The investigation was carried out by the wild resource survey combined with literature and specimens study,with the identification of original plant,medical material macroscopical identification and microscopical identification.Result:The resource distribution of'ESe'in Ganzi was made clear.And it was originated from M.toringoides(Rehd.)Hughes.and M.tiansitoria(Batal.)Schneid.The morphological characteristic of original plant of'ESe',the histological structure of the cross-section of rhizome and powder characteristics were described carefully for the first time.Conclusion:These studies provide reference information for future development and identification of'ESe'.
