中药古方(射干麻黄汤)与经验方(哮宁口服液)的比较实验

Comparison on pharmacological effects between ancient formula(Shegan Mahuang Tang)and empirical prescription(Xiaoning Fluid)

目的:通过抗变态反应、平喘、止咳和袪痰实验,对古方(射干麻黄汤)和经验方(哮宁口服液)进行药效比较,为中成药的进一步研发提供理论依据。方法:观察哮宁口服液和射干麻黄汤对卵蛋白致敏豚鼠出现呼吸因难的潜伏期、发生跌倒休克的动物数及气道白蛋白含量的影响;采用离体气管螺旋条法观察哮宁口服液和射干麻黄汤对气管平滑肌的松弛作用;采用氨水致小鼠咳嗽实验,观察两药对小鼠2min内咳嗽次数的影响;采用小鼠呼吸道酚红分泌实验观察两药的祛痰作用。结果:哮宁口服液和射干麻黄汤均能延长卵蛋白致敏豚鼠出现呼吸困难的潜伏期,降低气道白蛋白含量,使正常和组胺致痉的豚鼠气管螺旋条松驰,减少氨水导致小鼠咳嗽的次数,增加小鼠呼吸道的酚红排泌量。结论:哮宁口服液和射干麻黄汤均具有抗变态反应、平喘、止咳和化痰的作用,且两药药效相当,哮宁口服液有希望成为治疗小儿哮喘新的中成药制剂。

Objective:To compare the pharmacological effects of antiallergic,antiasthmatic,antitussive and expectorant between ancient formula(Shegan Mahuang Tang)and empirical prescription(Xiaoning Fluid),in order to provide evidence for future TCM research.Method:Latent period of dyspnea and the numbers of guinea pig which showed shock and fall were recorded.Albumins of guinea pig air tube were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer.In vitro tracheal spiral lines of guinea pig were used to observe the tracheaectasy effect.Ammonia induced cough in mice was used to observe antitussive effect.Phenol red secretion in mice was used to observe expectorant effect.Result:Both Shegan Mahuang Tang and Xiaoning Fluid could prolong latent period of dyspnea induced by egg albumin,reduce albumins of guinea pig air tube,inhibit bronchospasm induced by histamine in vitro,decrease the frequency of cough in mice caused by ammonia and increase phenol red secretion in mouse.Conclusion:Shegan Mahuang Tang and Xiaoning Fluid have equal antiallergic,antiasthmatic,antitussive and expectorant effects which make Xiaoning Fluid a potential Chinese patent medicine preparation for treating asthma in children.
