丹参酮ⅡA-磺酸钠注射液的药理及临床应用进展

Clinical applications and pharmacological actions of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injection

目的:介绍丹参酮ⅡA-磺酸钠注射液的临床应用进展。方法:参阅相关文献,进行综合归纳。结果:丹参酮ⅡA-磺酸钠不仅广泛应用于心血管系统疾病,而且在脑血管系统、肾病、糖尿病、肝病、抗感染等方面也有广泛的临床应用。结论:丹参酮ⅡA-磺酸钠具有多方面的临床应用价值,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To introduce the clinical applications of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate.Method:The relevant literatures were consulted and summarized.Result:Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate not only showed the significant effects in cardiovascular system,but also was used in vascular system,nephropathy,diabetes,hepatopathy and infection disease,etc.Conclusion:Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate shows good clinical effects in many aspects with mild adverse reactions and is worthy to be further popularized.
