原发性肺白色假丝酵母菌病一例报道并文献复习

One case report and literature review of primary pulmonary candidiasis

原发性肺白色假丝酵母菌病很少见,临床表现及影像学表现缺乏特异性,易造成误诊。为了提高对原发性肺白色假丝酵母菌病的认识从而避免对该病的误诊,文章结合该院诊治的1例临床病例对原发性肺白色假丝酵母菌病的诊断与治疗进行探讨与分析,着重讨论其血清学检查、影像学表现及治疗过程中发生赫氏反应的可能性。

Primary pulmonary candidiasis is rarely occurred,and is easy to be misdiagnosed due to unspecific clinical manifestations and imaging findings.To improve the awareness of primary pulmonary candidiasis and reduce the misdiagnosis of the disease,this paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of the disease on the basis of a case,and focuses on the contribution of serum test in the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary fungal infections,the imaging findings of the disease and the possibility that Herxheimer reaction occurs in the course of treatment.
