上海医药高等专科学校校内实训教学现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of practice-based training in Shanghai Institute of Health Sciences

目的了解上海医药高等专科学校校内实训教学现状,并分析存在的问题。方法采用问卷调查法,随机选取110名上海医药高等专科学校相关医学类专业教师,就上海医药高等专科学校的实训硬件条件及设备使用情况、实训教学内容与质量、实训教学管理制度与质量监控进行调查。结果回收有效问卷110份,回收率100%。调查对象中对实训硬件条件、实训教学质量表示满意的分别占95.5%和92.7%,认为实训设备超负荷使用和充分使用的分别占14.5%和59.1%,认为实训教学内容更新不够快捷和基本沿用的分别占41.8%和10.0%,认为学校实训教学质量监控体系需要改进的占73.6%。结论实训教学作为高等职业教育的特色,得到了学校领导的高度重视,实训硬件条件、实训项目数量和实训教学课时比例已达到较高水平,但在设备使用效率、实训教学内容更新、实训教学中对学生人文关怀的培养、实训教学管理制度与质量监控仍存在问题。应通过加强校院(校企)合作,完善各项实训教学管理制度,构建实训教学质量管理体系,进一步提升学校实训教学的内涵质量。

Objective To investigate the current s ituation of practice based training in Shanghai Institute ofH ealth Sciences, and analyse the existing problems. Methods One hundred and ten teachers were random ly selected from Shanghai Institute ofH ealth Sciences, and survey w ith questionnaires on pract ice based train ing in Shanghai Institute of H ealth Scienceswas conducted, including the condition of train ing hardware, quality and quality control of practice based train ing. Results One hundred and ten effective questionnaireswere recovered, with the recovery rate of 100%. Of all the teachers, 95. 5% and 92. 7% were satisfied with the condition of train ing hardware and quality of practice based train ing, respectively. Those who thought the training equipment was overloaded and in full use accounted for 14. 5% and 59. 1%, respectively. Besides, 41. 8% teachers cons idered the training contentwas not updated fast and 10. 0% believed therewas no change in training content. Thosewho thought the training qua lity control system should be mi proved accounted for 73. 6%. Conclusion A s the characterist ics of higher vocat ional education, pract ice based train ing has been attached great mi portance to school leaders. The conditions of tra ining hardware, number of training programs and proportion of train ing hours have reached a higher leve.l However, there st ill exist problems in the effic iency of equipment, updates of train ing content, humanistic care in training and pract ice based tra iningmanagement. To enhance the quality of practice based tra ining, school enterprise cooperation should be strengthened, pract ice based train ingmanagement system shou ld be mi proved, and pract ice based train ing qualitymanagement system should be bu ilt up.
